Marc A. Gregg was born in Detroit, Michigan. He received his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law, in Miami, Florida, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He also earned his MBA degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Prior to law school, Marc held computer, financial and marketing management positions with several Fortune 500 high–technology corporations in Michigan, Florida and Northern Virginia. During law school, he worked as a certified legal intern with the Broward (Florida) State Attorney's Office, where he was assigned to the misdemeanor division.

Since law school, Marc has concentrated his practice in the area of civil litigation, specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as general commercial and contractual litigation. His background in accounting and finance allows him to bring a unique perspective to the evaluation and presentation of damages in the personal injury field and gives him a deeper understanding of the often complex aspects of commercial and contractual disputes. For 15 years his primary focus has been on obtaining justice and fair compensation for victims of negligence.

Mr. Gregg is admitted to practice in all State of Florida courts and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
