Daniel was born in Stamford, Connecticut and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Grande received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida before going onto pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer at Florida International University where he received his Juris Doctor. While at Florida International University, Mr. Grande developed a passion for trial advocacy and representing the rights of those facing criminal charges. He followed that passion through a certified legal internship with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and after graduating was hired as an Assistant Public Defender with that office. Mr. Grande was assigned to the county court division where he represented indigent clients through every stage of the criminal process in a variety of matters ranging from Battery to DUI. While serving in that capacity Mr. Grande practiced before five different judges and provided competent, effective representation to hundreds of clients who could not otherwise afford the benefits of an attorney. After two years with the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Grande joined Balliro & Seltzer where he continues to vigorously represent and protect the rights of those charged with criminal offenses.

Mr. Grande is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
